Election for the 2024 Stonegate of Winfield HOA members are approaching soon.

 

This election we have 3 positions open.

We have installed a dedicated mailbox for the HOA now.   It's at the corner of 123rd Ave and Perry.

 

All future mailing will have the official HOA address of 12290 Perry St. on them.   You can use this mailbox to drop off payments or other paperwork for the HOA.

The election results have been certified by the trustees and is now the official results.

Our official late fee / collection policy has been drafted and approved for posting.  This was done to make sure we are being consistent with how fees for unpaid assessments are handled.  You will find this policy in the 'Documents' and then the 'Policies' folder.
