The 2026 Annual Meeting and Elections of the Stonegate Homeowners’ Association is scheduled for Saturday,
April 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM at 7769 E. 124th Avenue, Winfield, Indiana. If there is a lack of quorum at the
Annual Meeting then subsequent meetings will be held at 7769 E. 124th Avenue, Winfield, Indiana at 1 PM on each
following Saturday until quorum is met. Check the HOA website for meeting updates.
The meeting will begin promptly at 1:00 PM and will conclude once all business has been addressed or the meeting
is adjourned. Attendees must check in before the meeting. Check-in will begin 30 minutes prior to the start time.

Agenda for the 2026 Annual Meeting and Board Elections
1. Call to Order
2. Certification of Meeting Notice – Presentation of proof that the meeting was duly called and that
shareholders were notified of the date, time, and location
3. Appointment of Election Inspectors – Reading and adoption of resolution appointing Inspectors of
Election
4. Roll Call & Verification of Proxies – Confirmation of members present and examination of proxies by the
Inspectors of Election
5. Report of the Board – Updates and key matters from the Board of Trustees
6. Trustee Candidate Introductions – Candidates for Trustee positions are introduced and allowed to make a
two minute presentation of their qualifications
7. Election of Trustees – Voting to fill two Trustee positions
8. Unfinished Business – Discussion of any pending matters from previous meetings
9. New Business – Introduction of new topics for consideration
10. Homeowners Comments – Homeowners are permitted two minutes to bring up to the Board any issues
11. Adjournment
