The mailbox on the corner of 123rd and Perry will remain for dropping off payments or other material for the HOA but not for United States Post Office mail.
Late Fees Policy

Our official late fee / collection policy has been drafted and approved for posting. This was done to make sure we are being consistent with how fees for unpaid assessments are handled. You will find this policy in the 'Documents' and then the 'Policies' folder.
